  • Absolutely not! Every runner starts somewhere, and Nick trains athletes from all walks of life. Whether you are brand new and have never run a mile or a seasoned runner with 50 marathons under your belt, Coach Nick is the coach for you!

  • Absolutely! Running isn’t only about speed, although social media may make it seem so. There are so many runners looking to get fit, accomplish a new goal or distance, or even find a new social outlet! Coach Nick works with athletes regardless of speed or experience.

  • Nope! All training tracks are virtual, one-on-one coaching programs. Whether you are Nick’s next door neighbor or live halfway across the world, Nick will work with your schedule and needs to help you reach your full potential! All coaching tracks include an initial phone interview where you will discuss your goals and running history, and Nick will send you a weekly training schedule in the weeks following. All check ins will be via email or phone.

  • No special equipment is needed to train with Nick. All training can be done on road/sidewalk or on a treadmill. Because all plans are personalized for you and your needs, Nick will help you find the perfect place to train.

  • While there is no minimum commitment to work with Coach Nick, running progress doesn’t happen overnight. If you have a target goal race, most training plans are a minimum of 4 months. If you have non-specific race goals (you are looking to generally improve running capabilities), your training plan will be assessed and adjusted month to month.

  • Training plans are a month to month commitment and will auto renew until cancelled. Plans are paid up front at the start of each month.
