Coach Nick is a licensed acupuncturist in New York City, specializing in sports medicine and pain management. Nick treats many runners at his office, helping them get out of pain and back to the start line. Acupuncture, trigger point therapy/dry needling, cupping, and bodywork are wonderful recovery tools in running. Acupuncture helps loosen muscle tissue, bring blood and oxygen into areas of complaint, and relaxes the body to help you reach ultimate performance.
